The four days are structured as follows: Day 1 & 2 (Decide & Define) Focus on fewer calories and metabolism (metabolic rate) support with supplements during the days. Day 3 & 4 (Discover & Dedicate) where you add healthy food to the program. Each day has its own theme. The program helps you become aware of how to balance your body and mind for better health in a short amount of time. After the program you will be more aware of your life habits, such as your diet, and how important it is to drink enough.
